Have decided instead of building a mini WSM with my JJ, I cheated and bought a Stacker, with fire ring and diffuser from Cajun Bandit. Just dont have the tools and the time to build one myself. Not bad on price. About the same if I built it myself. Will post pics as soon as I get home and unpack it.

My new Mini. Waiting on paint. Seasoning now because the wife wants ribs tomorrow.

Using the diffuser that came with it at the moment but will upgrade to a different one soon and replace the current diffuser with a grate.

Looks shiny!

I just use the steamer insert as a diffuser for most cooks. Every once in a while I'll do something different. But not often.

I might just cut the sides like I did the grate so it'll drop all the way to the bottom and put the grate on the lip.

Needing a small smoker for camping I finally found a pot available at wally world. Not sure if I'll get around to painting but here she is in all her glory.

I use the steamer insert for a deflector, fits right in the base of the grill, then set the pot on top of that

Just finished my Mini-WSM.

For a cheap BBQ at B&Q (similar to your Depot Stores)

Purchased a Pot from an Asian Store. Will fit a Dial thermometer and might do some graphics!

Looks good. The latches will make for easy transport. I put them on a friends and he loves them. My dad melted his and gave it back, one day I will rebuild for me with latches.

So lets talk legs a bit..... are those the stock legs that come with the grill you used or did you find them somewhere else and re purpose them or did you fabricate them. They look slick and sturdy.

Hi Chef, they are stock legs that came with the Grill! Make it look like a Space Rocket

Have mounted a small bracket on the front leg to hold my QMaster. (Run out of rivets!)
