We were having some pork tenderloin for dinner last night. We had a lot of different veggies, but not very much of any one of them - so, we decided to just cook what we had to clear stuff out (OK, we were just too lazy to go to the store ). The pork was marinated with a hoisin bbq marinade recipe that I found from Bobby Flay (I believe you can find it on the food network website if you search for Hoisin pork marinade). We've been making it for years and it's quite tasty. Did some tomatoes topped with salt, pepper, parmesan and oregano; one zucchini sliced lengthwise with seasoned salt and pepper; Bell peppers with cheese, garlic salt and oregano; and, for the kids, a grilled banana with brown sugar on top....
