Cooked up some pork spare ribs this weekend. Followed Jeff's article from January 16th 2014 titled: Smoked Pork Spare Ribs just got better. Followed his recommendations and picked up some that were St. Louis Style cut at the local big box. I have a Masterbuilt Pro propane smoker and used some apple wood. Did the advanced 3-2-1 method and wrapped them in tinfoil with the brown sugar, butter, and rub. No secrets just followed the recipe and they turned out great... was happy with the results considering this was my 4th smoke.
