Decided to smoke some eggs for deviled eggs
i just ordered a smoker similiar to what you have there how do you like it
It cooks great but can be temperamental. Once you learn where it likes the airflow set it does an awsome job.
After a 2 hour stall and 6 degree drop in temp they have started climbing again Im about 11 hours in and at 151 internal temp and starting to bark up nicely.
Looking mighty tasty! Cant wait to get home and do some shoulders my own self! Cant wait for the money shot!
If you would like me to give it a taste test when it is done.....

17.5 hours in the UDS to 200 internal temp 1.5 hours in the ice chest and its ready to be pulled. Finaly I can go to bed.
Looks perfect, nice smoke ring to boot!!!!
