Update,
Just npulled it off the smoker to finish in the oven. It stalled at about 163,and I was using alot of charcoal. It's only 20 degrees out,so in the oven you go!
 
Looks good,any pulled shots?

It's almost ready to come out of the oven...199 degrees just now. I let it get to 208 in the oven,then rest it for an hour in a cooler.

That picture was from when I took it from the smoker to the oven.
