I've cooked pork butt a number of times, but this is the first that I've made a mistake.

I put two pork shoulders on at 1 a.m. this morning. I rubbed and injected them before putting them in the smoker. The temp in the smoker was 185 and climbing so I thought I was good. This morning at 7:45 I checked them and the smoker temp had dropped to 160, but the internal temp was at 145-150 according to the probe.

Should I toss them or are they OK?

should be ok as long as you cook them through.  This was just brought up in the last week or so, I will see if I can find the other topic.
