I am smoking 2- 7# shoulders. Once I hit 165 I want to wrap each with foil and finish in the oven.

What is a good temp and roughly how long should this take to finish?

Running out of time for a party tonight, thanks much.

Noticed that this is your first post with us here at SMF.  Would you mind popping over to Roll Call and introduce yourself.  We can give you a proper SMF welcome!

I would wrap the butt in foil and put it back in the smoker...if you want to get thru the "stall time".  This will soften the bark some but help it cook a bit faster...along with cranking the temp of the smoker up some too.
