Decided to get one at store yesterday. Not sure what the difference is from the normal butts I usually get but for 1.78 lb had to try it

seasoned last night with stubbs pork then wrapped overt night
seasoned with three pigs touch of cherry before going on the grill
hitting the grill
bit of a malfunction occurred and now fixed. Over filled with pellets and put itself out. Couldn't figure out why temp was dropping on the smoker and investigated to find out this occurred. Fixed it and back to maintaining around 250 in the smoker. Shoulder is at 150 and only on for 3 hours.

Finally product picture will be coming after it gets complete. Hopefully before the badgers tip off.

Never really used the stubbs before but go through alot of the touch of cherry. Like that stuff and sell out of it always at work. Stubbs was on sale for a 1$ a jar so I bought 3 of them...if anything the jar to me (reused) is worth that.

Just pulled off at halftime of the badger game at 201° now it's in a pan with foil over top and 2 towels on it for the next hour and I'll pull for lunch this week. Smell is good I hope it tastes as well. Never did one without wrapping it at all.
On grill before rolling off it (couldn't pick it up was breaking apart)
Sitting in pan waiting for the foil!

Hard to argue with $1.78 a pound.  Great color in the last pic.

Was good. I will probably wrap as I thought it was juicier. Still wasn't dry but that's just my . 02. For work meeting they have Dickies being catered in and I was like "this better be real smoked PP"
