Pork shots

    Gonna give these a try this weekend,any type of sausage work or is one better then the other? Any got any suggestion or pointers they wanna share.

    Kielbasa works well. Thin bacon works better. Don't put the filling in until you are ready to smoke them.

    X3 on the kielbasa.

    I'm going to try them with an extra HOT sausage I can get from my butcher, with a mild heat rub. This sausage will make ya sweat and clear your sinuses right up. It has 1 drawback though the next day you are sweating and saying come on ice cream.

    I did some with andouille & it was real good. Real thin bacon is a must.
