 Some pork I really enjoy with a glaze especially cured. I'll use fruit glazed, I usually don't do alcohol, its so versatile in so many other ways...>LOL

But nearly any jar a jelly a bit of brown sugar or honey, and I am in business!

Looks great man. Guessing ya made that little farmer happy with it too.

That roast looks great.  Beautiful job.  But.....where do you get a cut of meat with those neat little square holes in each slice????

I know the crock pot just wondering why?
I figured you knew what a crock pot was, Some of the youngsters may not it by that name.

Reason -------     If you remember a while back my wife banned me from smoking, I have a tendency to go overboard So----- not to have my ban reinstated I thought I better do a crock pot Butt .    Now I did brown it for about an hour on my grill with a little smoke. But we wont tell her.
