Just did a beautiful pork roast cooked it at 250 for 3-4 hours took it out at and internal temp of about 144 deg covered loosely with foil allowed to rest for 15 min absolutely delicious so tender and moist every bite melted in your mouth. Rubbed with bad Byrons butt rub some dark brown sugar let sit for 30 min put on smoker spritz with Apple juice and rub mix every 45 minutes at 130 deg started basting with mermaids bbq company sauce this stuff rocks basted twice last 4 deg cranked heat to high to set the glaze fantastic. Smoked with bbq delights oak and charcoal pellets.

Looks like it came out juicy & tender - nice smoke
