Wife got me a A-Maze-N Smoke Tube for my birthday (isnt till Friday but it was a nice day so she let me play with it early), wasnt sure what to cook so I rooted through the freezer and found a package labeled "Boneless Pork Roast". I am no butcher by any means so I have no clue what kind of roast it is/was.

I didnt do anything fancy with it at all, just gave it my normal coat of Olive Oil, then sprinkled it with Tatonka Dust.

Sitting on the counter waiting on grill to come to temp

Entering the grill

Halfway

Its done!!!

Cut in half before pulling for sandwiches.

Your right Smokeymoake, it didnt want to pull at all.

oldschoolbbq, after it wouldnt pull, thats exactly what we did, sliced it up and made sandwiches. I had to chase the youngest out of the kitchen, he was eating it as fast as I could slice it......lol

Thanks for the positive comments guys, I am still a rookie with this pellet grill, only had it a couple months.

Definitely looks like a pork loin and they don't pull well.

Thinly sliced after cooling in the fridge?  That there is some great sandwich meat!

Good luck and good smoking.

MossyMo, Seasoning was great as always, since finding the dust I use it on just about everything!!!!

Venture, thats exactly what we did after it wouldnt pull and it was very good!!
