Pork Ribs Saturday night

    Hey all just wanted to share a few pics of the awesome ribs i made last night. smoked them with a little hickory and more apple chips for 21/2 hrs. made up a homemade st louis BBQ sauce put them in a pan poured the sauce over them and covered with foil and on the outdoor oven for another hr and a 1/2 man oh man falling apart good stuff!

    St. Louis BBQ sauce for pork

    1 1/2 c. ketchup

    1 16oz beer

    1/4 c. A-1 sauce

    1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar

    2 tblspn cider vinegar

    2 tblspn Worcestershire sauce

    1 tspn garlic pwdr

    1 tspn hot sauce

    1 tspn liquid smoke

    wisk it all up use it however
