New to this so bear with me. Am smoking a 3 lb pork loin. Haveto do it a day early because of time. What is best way to keep loin after finish the cooking? I  don't plan to slice it until the following morning.

All help and suggestions welcome.

Samjoy.

I would smoke it till its at your preferred IT (internal temp) and then let it rest for about 30mins to let the juices re-distribute and then wrap it in foil and put in the fridge the next day reheat it in the foil in the oven

^^^^^^ IMO This

I would say if you are going to reheat you might want to take it off five to ten degrees less than what you would normaly take it to. When you reheat it should be just right. Other than that what he said.
