Haven't posted any Q-view lately; here's today's smoke here in rainy Nor Cal:

Momma picked up a nice pork tenderloin this week.  rubbed with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.

Had some top round from a 4H steer we bought at the fair.  Salt and pepper only:

Smoked everything at 250* with plum wood.  The beef was done first; hit 140* in about 2.5 hours.  would have liked to pull it earlier, but I overshot.  Nice and tasty, though.

The pork hit 170*+ in about 4.5 hours.  A piece stuck to the grill providing a nice sample for my girls and me!  Can't wait for dinner!

Momma made some homemade apple sauce to round out the meal.

Add some rice and asparagas, and did someone ring the dinner bell???!!!!!!  Let's EAT!!!!

GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!  Thanks for looking!!
