Didn't have time to smoke anything tonight, but wanted a little of that 'flavor'... So I mixed up a batch of Jeff's rib rub and sprinkled liberally on some loin I'd sliced into chops about 1/2 in thick and then simply tossed them in the oven for a little bit on 400dF.
