Pork Loin - Rub a dub dub...

  1. Didn't have time to smoke anything tonight, but wanted a little of that 'flavor'...  So I mixed up a batch of Jeff's rib rub and sprinkled liberally on some loin I'd sliced into chops about 1/2 in thick and then simply tossed them in the oven for a little bit on 400dF.

    Wammo; Bang; Pow; Smack!

    Good grief, I like that rub.  

    Sry, no pics, it's all gone, so I know it didn't happen...  But even if it didn't happen, it was dang good. :)

    Smoking the remainder of the loin this weekend.  I'll remember to post pics then.
