Pork Loin 1st with wasabi 2nd with mustard with same dry rub

    Sticky Fingers- Carolina Sweet

    1 lg Jalapeno-seeds and membrane

    1 tsp Cayenne pepper

    1 tsp  onion powder

    3/4 t tsp garlic

    7 or 8 shakes Hotter Texas Pete

    and heat then coat And EAT![​IMG]

    So how about a taste comparison between the wasabi and the Gulden's? I love wasabi, but I've never thought about using it with rub.

    I could not taste either and I can taste & tell you what is in it. Made my dill sauce from Arizona's Steak House's recipe by taste only/
