Good morning fellow smokers. The girls left this AM for 4 days in Reno so myself and 4 other dudes have the yard and kitchen to ourselves. I couldn't think of a better way to start the fun than some pulled pork sammies for dinner. So, I rubbed up a 5lb pork cushion roast with a modified Jeff's rub. I got it in the MES with a load of pitmasters choice in the AMNPS at 8 AM. Mes currently running at 265-270. My Pop is on his way to town to pick up stuff for sides. Will keep you posted with more Q-view as things progress.

P.S.

Dancing girls arrive at 8:00 pm

Looking good Clay! I still haven't pulled mine yet! Tonight for sure!

Dancing girls, hmmm hope they're imported and not local!

Well, I just got a call from the dancing girls. Seems they won't be able to make it. They are still recovering from the Mosquito Festival last weekend down in Paisley Oregon.

Well, I think I pushed right through the stall. IT sitting at 200 on the mav with 2 hours till dinner time. It's foiled up tight so when it hits 202 I will close the MES up tight, shut it off, and let it coast home.

Oh the Paisley Mosquito Festival, good times!!! Sure like the valley up the Chewaucin river. Had some good hunts and fishing up in there!

Yep, neat country down there. Well it's all pulled, foil juices poured  over it, and ready to make sammies when the last straggler arrives. Time to heat up the beans aand crack a cold one!
