Can I:

buy fresh pork loins, smoke them, freeze, defrost and eat cold

buy fresh pork loins, smoke them, freeze, defrost and reheat in oven?

Buy fresh Pork Loins ,Smoke them, slice them ,portion into Vac-Bags , freeze , remove and Boil in the package for fresh off the Smoker flavor, but why do you have left overs , don't last around here

I want to make a lot in one go and save the others. Do I have to reheat before eating? I cant just defrost and eat?

Sure you can, as long as the meat was cooked to a safe temperature, cooled and frozen properly, and then defrosted correctly. If you want to eat it cold, say for lunch, keep it as close to 40 degrees as possible until you're ready to eat.

Reheating is fine. now, like oldschool said, vac pack and in the bag reheat in boiling water is the best way to go in my opinion. However, any reheat to above 140 degrees will work.

Enjoy!
