Pork chops

  1. Thick cut chops. Brined overnight in apple cider, brown sugar, salt, & spices.


    Out of the brine ready to.head to the smoke, ape wood is the choice today.


    Getting a nice amount of applewood smoke.

  7. Ape wood is my secret I cant tell you but it is similiar to apple wood.
