Pork Butt's were on sale smokin time!!!

  1. Pork butts were on sale this weekend I picked one up and started on it at 6:30pm.. The rub!

    A weird Mushroom salt and pepper shaker that I found at goodwill (pervert).

    6 hours later...

    yummy yummy!  enjoy the pics fellows.

  3. Thank you sir, yeah they went for a little under 6 hours, it was a 7.5 pounder. pulled apart real nice, time for left over sammiches now.
  4. WOW that was fast. What temp were you running?

  5. It was 180-200 first 4 hours then 225 last two. Pecan wood meat temp of 190 before letting it rest for an hour.
  6. Wow! That was fast. That pork must have been a racing pig before he became a tasty meal.
