My first big cook on my new smoker. Ribs are in a rib box above the firebox. It's been trying to keep good temps in the smoker and the rib box, but so far so good. About 6 hours into the cook right now. Ribs about 3.5 hours into it.

 
I must have missed my invite! Looking good can't wait to see how it turns out.
 
That is one loaded smoker. What time do you want us to show up?

I was having trouble uploading pics the other day, but there's the pulled chuck and my smoker. Everything came out real well. Lesson learned, the ribs on the bottom crisp up more than the ribs on top...guessing from the drippings from the ones above.
