Pork butts in the MES30

    I have two small pork butts in the smoker with quite some time to go.

     
     

    They have been rubbed with mustard and Jeff's rub. I'm going to make some pulled pork.

    how did you cook them? temp and time?  Never got char like that in my MES 30

    I had them in for about 7.5 hours @240, they were foiled for a couple of those hours.
     
  8. Gonna put mine on tomorrow. What was the weight for the 7.5 hr cook and what IT was it when u pulled it off?

    They were 4.14 and 3.69 lbs. I took them to 207 degrees
