So yesterday I wanted to try something new, so I made pork butt for slicing(so like a roast). First I smoked it for 1,5 hours and then grilled it with indirect heat on the gas grill for additional 2 hours.
Used a simple seasoning of salt and pepper. Then I made small holes where I added garlic and bay leaves. Used apple for the smoke.
I took it off the smoker when IT was 170 and had it resting for 10 minutes or so.
I know it is not smoked only, but thought I wanted to share it
