Pork butt

    I am new joined a few months ago but haven't gotten on the forum since I am from Utah I like to fish,hunt and smoking meats I was taught as a young boy how to brine fish and smoke it. Then I have moved to more than just fish I have done ribs,pork butt,I have even done bacon. I struggle a little bit with beef brisket but I will work on the tricks that goes with brisket. I have been wanting to start my own barbeque restaurant. That will come together once I find the right place.

    Pork butts just came out of the smoker they were in for twenty one hours they just fell apart.

    Yes it was a looong time I was up every two hours to check on them.
