Pork Butt?

Hello all, this is a bit of a rookie ? but will 1 10# pork butt feed 8 people at least 2 sammies each? it will be pulled not sliced.

i will be smoking one next weekend for a good friends batchelor party.

Yes. A 10 pounder will result in about 6-7 pounds of finished product which gives you more than 1/2lb per person (unless you are feeding a bunch of big eaters). The real question is, why limit yourself to just one? That poor butt will be all alone on the smoker. I think it needs a friend.
