7 pound butt, with a nice rub and injected with (FAB). 8 Hrs @ 250 until internal reached 180. First time I used FAB, turned out very well.O'h yeah I used some nice seasoned pecan for smoke.

Man oh Man that looks like an awesome hunk of meat you have there. It will turn out pretty good by the looks of it. Did you plan on slicing it ??? You said that you pulled it at 185° and around here the temp we pull to slice it is about 195° and to pull is about 200°-205°or so. Did you take any Qview of the finished product for we really like the money shot (plated) here too. So welcome to SMF and I know you will enjoy this place for there is a plethora of information around here.
 
I didn't get the (money shot), got busy and the guest plowed into it. Never leave meat unatended! Yes I sliced it, 180 worked well with the FAB injection.It made the texture more tender than normal 180 pull. I also let it rest for 30 min. I'll do better on the pics next time!
