Its game day and its raining hard in Dallas, but that won't stop me. A true smoker will always find a way.. Right Guys?? I took these with my cell phone but if you look close you will see 2 butts cooking nicely. Enjoy game day ladies & gents....

I have the same rain canopy idea as you have except the wind relieved me of the roof off of mine. Last winter it crushed the canopie. I am going to build a gazebo out of 4x4s next time.



At least today I have the smoker going and the weather outside is gorgeous. The wind did about $2800 damage in about 3 minutes last month. After it was over my MES was on its side. Takes a lot to topple a MES.

I got tried of getting wet during the times that I wanted to grill or smoke so I took care of that once and for all. Just look down there and see how I did.
