Hello, I started smoking a 6lb pork butt at 12:30 and I left it in the smoke for 4 hours when I went to wrap it I took an internal temp reading and it came out to 210. The heat in the smoker never went over 250. I'm not sure if it is my thermometer giving me a bad reading because it is an old thermometer and isn't digital. I am wondering if this is possible that the internal temp is really that high or if my thermometer is the problem?
