Pork Belly with my own Rub an Salsa Verde

  1. Today my next meat from the smoker. Pork Belly with a kind of Salsa Verde, the different is that i used korinader, not parsley.

    sugar, dryed onion, dryed garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, tyhme

    fatty, juicy, tender, spicy, everything you need for a good taste [​IMG]

    crispy skin for my topping
