Pork And Rice
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Brown pork in frying pan, both sides. Use pork chops, pork steak, pork sirloin chops, pork 1st cut rib chops, etc; whatever your favorite; enough for 2 - 3 people.
In a greased (sprayed) 13 x 9 pan or baking dish, pour 1½ cups Instant Minute Rice[emoji]174[/emoji] and spread over bottom of pan.
Pour in ¾ cup orange juice.
Pour in ¾ cup water. Mix with rice.
Layer browned chops on top.
In pan used to brown chops, pour in 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup and ½ can water, heat and blend together, picking up drippings from pan; pour over chops and rice.
Cover with foil tightly and bake 45 minutes, then remove foil and let brown for another 15 minutes, 1 hour total, remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes, then serve chops and rice mixture below it; add biscuits, applesauce, vegetables, etc. as desired.
(Use lean, boneless Sirloin Chops with no fat and its very low-fat yet sooo good!).
