here is the pork i smoked last night. i pulled it today, and made a modified version of dutch's beans. instead of ketchup, i used jeff's sauce. i also diced up a sweet banana pepper, i got out of my bro's garden yesterday, and put in them. i just realized i didn't take a pic of the beans. tonight i will get a pic of the meatloaf i smoked too tonight, and a pic of the beans.

edit: here is the thread in the beef section on the loaf and the beans.

Good loking pulled pork. The yellow banana pepper sounds like a winning adder to the baked beans. Looking forward to your Q-views.

Looks good, it is putting me in the mood for some pulled pork. Looking forward to seeing those beans.

We always have a little bit of Pulled Pork in the house....but we had smoked Polish sausage for dinner tonight.

Nice touch on the beans...!!
