I just bought my first smoker so I am a newbie and looking to learn all I can from the experts here on the SMF. I purchased a Masterbuilt 40 inch electric model. I seasoned it and have smoked a few things like chicken and fish. I am looking forward to smoking a Boston butt and brisket. All help, guidance, tips, and advice is greatly appreciated.
