While working in the yard, I got hungry enough to grill something up. I chargrilled two chiles, then put them in the sun to melt the cheddar. I then put the Polish sausages and the buns to toast and grill. The Taste was more than I expected, layers of flavor. First into the bite was the toasted bun with soft innard, then the char flavor of the outside of the chile, then the heat from the chile, followed by the chedder, and finally the juicy sausage. Gloria calls it a Bohemian lunch... after it's creater.
