Ya might as well rip my heart out if the other one(pictured first post) was taken, that's my favorite smoker of all time...

This one is OK, I just don't want to do all the mods.Anyone wants her can pick her up and mod out for a decent smoker. I'm just done with modding.

Give me meat and time and I'm happy

Ah, the brinkmann SnP 40! I have her sister at my house. Expanded steel shelf and all. You're right about the mods needed...spent a couple days doing light fab, install and test and tune of a full tuning plate in mine on her first spring. Used a ton of fuel, either charcoal or propane with a turkey fryer burner, but that was all in the sake of getting low grate temp variances so I could run a full load. You can throw a brisket, a couple butts and a few 3 - 4lb fatties in it...think I even had room for some ABT's or something. "Load 'er up!" was my motto, and you needed to, to justify the fuel it used. I'm sure with less tweeking it would use less fuel than I experienced.

I was wondering about the same thing as a few others when I saw the fiirst pic...what? You get a Lang or something??? LOL!!!

Someone really should grab it up and put it to use, though. Good starter rig for someone with a little patience to learn it's preferences. I use mine as my dedicated main char-grill, now, and it's been modded accordingly.
