How do you place the MAV-732 probes inside the MES40?

Do you just put 'em in there and shut the door on the wires?

I've read that I should wrap the wires in tin foil, then just shut the door on the wires.

I've read that I should thread the probes in through the exhaust vent.

I've read that I should drill a hole in the wall of my just-purchased MES40 (given the temp variation issues of the MES and the possibility I might have to return it ... I'm guessing drilling a hole for the intiial burn-in might not be a good idea).

Since I'm gonna need to leave the chip-loader open for airflow anyway, maybe I should thread 'em in through that opening?

Thanks!

P.S. Apologies if this has been covered a hundred times before ... I searched and read lots of threads, but if there's a thread on thie topic I just failed to find it.

I didn't like the idea of closing the door on them.  I run them through the vent.  I mount the BBQ lead to an empty rack or on the side using the guides for the rack.  I don't wrap anything in foil.

Do a search on here for this.  There's a variety of mods for it.
