Pizza on the Memphis Elite

    Hello,

    Have been making my own dough for some time now, also make Italian sausage for my pies. Here are some pizza I have done recently and in the past.  Memphis at 700 done in 5-ish minutes.

    This first one is half Italian and onion half cheese done tonight
