Found these guys in the freezer the other day and decided to see if they were any good.  I defrosted them took  them out of the 1 gallon freezer bag, and unwrapped the Glad Press N Seal.  Sprinkled them with KC Masterpiece steak seasoning with garlic and let them set while I fired up the Q3.  Set it on high and when it got up to temp (between 470 and 500 deg F) put the steaks on and cooked until medium. (My wife and I like pink steaks not bloody).  She said they were the best steaks she has had in a long time.

 
Sweet!  I tell ya... as soon as I shut my pellet pooper down from a cook, I'm already thinking about what's going on next.
