Pinapple Juice

    I've been ponering a pinapple juice injection for pork either ribs or tendeloin. Is that a good thing or not? If so whats good to mix in with it? Thanks for all the help.
     
  2. Careful with pineapple juice. The acidity breaks down the meat quickly and can leave a mushy texture if left too long.
