Put a shoulder on this morning. Couldn't go a weekend without smoking something.

Made up an injection of 1 cup Apple juice 1/2 cup Yoshidas, and 1/2 cup Worcestershire.

A little Pig Squeal Rub from Ruffs BBQ and into the fridge for the night. First time I have tried this rub. It is not a sweet rub but is very spicy. Hope I get a nice bark with it. The mop will help.

    Ready for the smoker.
I'll take pics as the day goes on.

Some sourdough rolls would go good with that [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Hey Mark. It wasn't easy to find. I had never used Yoshidas so I wanted a small bottle to try. If this turns out as expected, I'll be heading to Costco[IMG][IMG]
May have to get another refrigerator just for my stuff.[IMG]

168* and ready for the foil. That Yoshidas and apple juice spritz is pretty darn good. Look like I will be heading to Costco for the giant economy size Yoshidas after all.[IMG]

It's a standerd buy for my house. Use it for a lot of things. Makes great peanut sauce for easy pad thai. Just mix 1/3 cup of yoshida's with heaping spoonful of natural chunky peanut butter. heat in microwave and mix.. Peanut sauce in a minute! I know all about the extra storage issue's. I have two upright freezers in the garage lol

Wife said she isn't a big fan of Yoshidas. Bummer[IMG] Guess I'll just have to spend the Yoshidas money on meat[IMG]
