Wish I had the coin to spring for it XTexan. A nice trip down there to pick it up would be great. Get me out of this cold.
Then again if I knew HOW to smoke that would even be better! Going by my first attempt last week I have alot of dollars of meat and lump to ruin to pay for my schoolin'

Just remember, a bad butt or chuck makes pretty good sammie spread when you put it in a food processor with mayo and relish! Still have a container when I did my last chuck.
