    What kind of rub?
    What kinda of sauce?


    We are smoking some ribs tomorrow and I hope mine come out looking like those!

  6. smoked em on a char griller pro. hicory chunks , brown sugar,salt,chili pwdr papr,garlic onion pwdr cayn pep,blk pep John Boy & Billy sauce. got all the measurements if you would like it.

  11. 16 tsp brwn sugar
    3tsp kosher salt
    1tsp chili pwdr
    3tsp sweet paprika
    1/2tsp onion pwdr
    1/4tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp granulated garlic
    I liked this rub its not to sweet & not to hot
