i bought it to have a grill at the new place till i can move my webber summit over there. anyway it is a cool tiny grill but now i saw a post about turning it into a mini smoker. i may give it a shot..

yup.. there is quit a few WSM Mini builds.. I made one and it's the only smoker/grill I use now... very fuel efficient and easy to control... what.s nice is, you don't have to destroy the grill part of it.. so it will still function as a grill to do your steaks or burgers or whatever...

Here's my build ..... http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/124570/my-version-of-the-mini-wsm

I have since figured out how to use it and it's great....
