Need I say more? I took a fine ribeye steak and sliced it to a thickness of below 1/8". I think sauteed the steak with my rub until it was about med rare. I then sauteed bell peppers and onions. I let all of this cool. Then added prov cheese and wrapped in eggroll wrappers. I fried in veg oil at 370 degrees I didn't manage any pictures of them cut open because they went like hotcakes.
