  1. Reading up on curing/smoking pork belly. I'm trying it right now as I type, got some in the smoker.

    I have a Bradley electric smoker and a Weber charcoal grill/smoker.

    I'm a novice. I'd like to learn to make sausage. Reading over a SausageMaker.com catalog. I'll order a few things I will need soon.

    Who else we have from Virginia??
