thanks to everyone for the comments etc. the beauty of this method is that it costs almost nothing, yet it yields huge results in presentation and flavour! i'm guessing everything needed is probably already in the kitchen and pantry. a few eggs, some salt, and some fresh-caught fish ~ that's pretty much it, besides the herbs and seasoning, if you want any.
