Hi everyone, this is my first post here and I'm also new in the forum. My name is Carla and I'm from Brazil, a country that has no tradition in smoking meat. But since I really love how it taste (tried many times outside of here), I wish to learn with you how to smoke flat iron steak? Is there any technic? Secrets to prepare it juiciest?
