Perfect Day to somke a Fatty

This is a perfect day to smoke a fatty, So I thought I would share my masterpiece with everyone. I just put it on the smoker

Yepper's I did roll call alog time ago.
I wrapped that baby up with some red peppers and some green peppers and some onions and put alot of fresh shreaded parmesan cheese, added a few spices, then wrapped it up in plastic, put it in the fridg. over night, and now that bad boy is on the Treager Pellet smoker

Yea, we have been getting hammered down here, but not to worry, cause my smoker is in the screened in patio, I just added some more pellets to the hopper
