Im new to this and have my ys640 on order. Whilst researching and joining this forum I have noticed coments about how pellet smokers are easier compared to traditional stick burners and should not be allowed to compete... sooooooo...this is my take.....create a class for just stick burbers and a class for just the stick burners... we all can agree that theres alot more going on to getting the smoke andctemps just right on a stick burner.. its really quite a no brainer... if you use both then set some rules where a certain percentage or main protein turred into the judges must meat guidlines set forth for stick burners! . Im new to this but the more I read I find myself addicted to all this stuff! Pretty cool sport really! What do ya all think...hey ..remember to have fun and woooty wooot!
