pellet smoker

been a long time on the forum. a have a masterbuilt xl propone I make it into a pellet smoker with grillz grill. one thing I'm

having is the temp will not stay 225.ihave the temp probe going side to side and not up and down will be a problem. it is reading

250 or 250.

please help

Shouldn't matter on temp prob may need bigger vent to let heat out
